Procedure for enrollment at PFCS

Interested parents submit a PFCS Enrollment Interest Form to the main office, which is then placed in the order received in the appropriate grade waiting list file. When space comes available in a class, the administrative enrollment committee contacts prospective families in the order the forms were received. An initial phone or in-person interview is conducted between the administrator and interested parent and/or student.

Following this communication, it is determined by the administrator and parent whether to go onto the next step, which is a student/parent interview with the class teacher. Once this interview is complete, the administrator, teacher, parent and, if appropriate, student discuss whether placement in the class is in the best interest of the child.

Because all our classes currently are waitlisted, your prompt action is required to best enable enrollment.
